Attleboro Fire responded to a working fire in a home at 19 Tanya Drive. First arriving companies reported fire in the rear of a 2-1/2 story wood frame structure. The fire eventually extended up, requiring an evacuation and transition to a defensive attack.
This fire occurred the day after the region’s first appreciable snowfall. combined with sub-frezzing temperatures, firefighters were challenged with slippery conditions.
