New Rochelle toned out companies reporting a building fire at 24 Grammercy Place. The update was that a single 9-1-1 caller was reporting smoke coming from a dwelling and that they had banged on the doors and windows but got no response, leading the caller to believe the home was unoccupied. Upon their arrival, the first company reported smoke showing from a 2-1/2 story wood structure. Upon arrival of the I/C, a 10-75 was transmitted, bringing additional companies to the scene. The fire was contained to the upper floors of the structure.
